Italian Garlic Knots in Just 20 Minutes!

INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon freshly chopped parsley, 1-pound store-bought or homemade pizza dough, 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, Salt & freshly ground pepper

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon freshly chopped oregano
1 teaspoon freshly chopped basil

Instructions

Combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic and fresh herbs in a small mixing bowl. Season generously with salt & pepper.
On a floured work surface, roll pizza dough into a 12-inch-long rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
Cut into 1/2-inch strips and tie each strip into a knot.
Toss knots in butter mixture and top each knot with a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
Select the AIR FRY function and cook at 375°F for 6 minutes.
Serve warm, with red sauce for dipping.
